HERBAL WORKSHOP
Join Herbalist Christine, owner of Earthly Variations and delve into the many benefits of herbs. We will discuss 10 different herbs, their benefits, the safety precautions, and the many ways they can be used for our health. Each participant will receive a packet containing the information we will discuss, for your future reference, and everyone will get to blend their own jar of loose leaf, organic tea to take home and enjoy. There will be at least 30 different herbs to choose from. The store is closed on Sundays, but participants will have 1 hour of exclusive shopping after the class. Class size is limited to 15.

HERBS FOR WOMEN'S HEALTH
Join us as we delve into the many ways herbs can help women with their daily lives, through all of the cycles women experience.
We will discuss PMS, Child Bearing, Menopause, Stress, Sleep, and many Common ailments. Our discussion will include the many ways herbs can be used: teas, tinctures, balms, oils, baths, foods, and how to make them. We will go over safety issues with using herbs, and potential allergies, interactions, and contraindications.
The class will include the opportunity to make an herbal blend of your own to take home and enjoy. All herbs & supplies are included in the cost of the event. You will also get to take home a packet that covers everything we discussed so you can reference it any time.

Introduction to Natural Health Workshop
Join me at Essential Wave Studios to learn about natural health. We will discuss common ailments, and discover natural remedies to treat them, Using herbs, essential oils, nutrition and more. You will get to make a Bath Tea to take home, complete with the muslin bag and enough to soak in 3 baths. All the herbs and supplies are provided in the event cost.
